Morgan brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record to her role as Chief Operating Officer, with 16 years of expertise spanning from large insurance carriers to innovative Insurtech startups. Her career is marked by a dedication to improving processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and driving the insurance industry forward.

Morgan spent 12 years at Liberty Mutual, where she worked in the claims, underwriting, distribution, and client service management departments. There, she focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement for both internal and external customers. After her tenure at Liberty Mutual, she transitioned to the MGA space with Blackboard Insurance (backed by AIG), concentrating on Workers Compensation product launches and claims within Insurtechs.

Additionally, Morgan has worked for with Coterie Insurance, where she successfully introduced new products and services to over 60,000 policyholders. Her focus included legal, compliance, scaling, servicing, claims, operations, tech services, business controls, and automation. Morgan is excited to embark on this new opportunity with Axis, aiming to streamline operations and achieve efficiency gains within the organization.

In addition to her professional achievements, Morgan is a co-founder of the Center for Family Wellness, a mental health facility focusing on marriage and family therapy, which she started with her husband. She resides in Oradell, NJ, with her two children and their dog, Pepper
