• Please do not admit liability or attempt to settle this matter before speaking with a claims
  representative from your insurance company.
• Attempting to settle a claim on your own could lead to that claim later being denied by your

Our claims email is monitored daily, during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, (EDT) excepting major holidays. If you are submitting this form outside of our normal business hours, we will respond when our office re-opens. If your policy is about to expire please see the disclaimers below. Please read the disclaimers before you submit your claim.

Submission of your claim does not constitute a submission to the carrier. Sending the claim to us does not count as submission to the carrier. If your policy will expire before our office will re-open you must submit the claim directly to the carrier using the instructions listed in your policy, prior to expiration for your E&O, D&O, EPLI, Crime, Fiduciary, Cyber or other management liability claim.

Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions stated in your policy and nothing contained in this website may be construed as a waiver of same.
