Customer Service Representive

Anna is a Customer Service Representative for PL Risk. As a member of the Cannabis Wholesale Team, her responsibilities include working on a day-to-day basis with our hundreds of our retail partners in delivering quality insurance services to our partners and insureds. She works with both new and renewal business in handling day to day insurance transactions and server as a liaison between our carrier’s retailers and our production stat. She has over 17 years of Insurance experience, working in a variety of positions including account management, customer service and most recently in underwriting. She has experience in a variety of fields, such as Workers Comp, Property, General, Liability and Environmental insurance. She has successfully helped launch programs into various fields and helped expand both their growth and profitability. Most recently, she was an underwriter working Workers Compensation for Highview National Insurance.

She is a graduate of Saint Peters University with a major in International Business and Trade. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, hiking and traveling. She is happily married with two kids and currently lives in North Bergen, New Jersey
