Vice President Risk Management & Quality Control

Heather is our Vice President of Risk Management & Quality Assurance, where she focuses on identifying emerging risks, assessing their potential impact on our policyholders, and developing corporate risk mitigation strategies. She is a reliable resource for customer inquiries, providing valuable information and guidance.

Since joining the company in 2007, Heather has advanced through various roles in Account Management, Operations, Data Management, and now Risk Management. Her contributions have been pivotal in the company’s growth, particularly in developing operational procedures and business processes that support service, sales, accounting, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity.

Currently, Heather collaborates with COO Morgan Smith to enhance operational efficiencies, tools, and services that will drive our future growth. Having grown from an entry-level position within the company, she’s mastered the art of providing comprehensive solutions to our most valuable clients.

In addition to her primary responsibilities, Heather is an active member of the Business Development Team, where she builds strategic relationships within the market. Before joining our company, Heather successfully ran her own small business. In her spare time, she is an unabashed tech geek.
